我们遗憾地发现，继连廊严重的安全隐患和入户无防坠物设计后，如今燃气管道布置也暴露出重大问题。安全隐患接连不断，开发商对业主安全的重视究竟在哪里？

After the severe safety issues with the corridors and the lack of anti-falling designs at entryways, we now face yet another glaring danger—non-compliant gas pipeline layouts. Where is the developer’s regard for residents’ safety amidst this cascade of failures?

1.燃气管道违规布置

•燃气管道紧贴东边窗户，未达到0.5米/0.3米的最低规范要求；

•Gas pipelines are dangerously close to eastern windows, violating the 0.5m/0.3m clearance standards.

•一楼燃气管道穿过卧室窗前，增加安全隐患并破坏外立面美观；

•On the ground floor, gas pipelines pass directly in front of bedroom windows, creating hazards and ruining facade aesthetics.

客服推责给燃气公司，但如此安排究竟是如何通过审批和验收的？

连廊、入户、防坠物，现在又是燃气管道。开发商是无知还是故意？是否在牺牲业主安全换取低成本？

From corridors to entryways to gas pipelines, is this incompetence or a calculated trade-off of residents’ safety for cost savings?

2.是否涉及监管失职？Are regulators complicit in this negligence?

燃气管道的安全问题不容忽视。我们呼吁市级安质监总站及燃气公司立即介入核查，确保整改到位。

Gas pipeline safety is non-negotiable. We urge municipal safety authorities and the gas company to intervene immediately and ensure proper rectifications.

3.竣备证如何发放？How can a completion certificate be issued under these conditions?

如此多的安全隐患未解决，虹桥逸都是否符合竣备验收的要求？我们要求建管委暂缓发放竣备证，直至所有问题彻底整改。

With unresolved safety hazards, Hongqiao Yidu cannot meet the criteria for final inspection. We demand the municipal authority withhold the certificate until every issue is addressed.

开发商一再推脱责任，漠视业主安全，将安全问题推到极限。深圳的高层爆炸警钟已经敲响，难道你们要让悲剧重演？连廊未改，燃气又乱，我们业主还需要面对多少问题？我们要求贵司立刻整改所有安全隐患，拿出央企应有的担当。

The ZT repeatedly shirks responsibility, ignoring residents’ safety and pushing the limits of negligence. The Shenzhen high-rise explosion has already sounded the alarm—do you want to see a repeat of such tragedy? Unsafe corridors remain unresolved, and now gas pipelines add to the chaos. How many more issues must residents endure? We demand immediate action to fix all safety hazards and demonstrate the accountability expected of a state-owned enterprise.
