Hello, I am an owner of Nord Jincheng in Lin-gang. In 2023, I purchased a property in the China Railway Nord Jincheng project in the 105 area of Lin-gang. After the handover, numerous severe issues surfaced, posing significant risks. The properties suffered from serious water leakage, with a 100% failure rate in water spray tests. The developer, China Railway, refused to rectify the issues, forcibly demanded property acceptance, and even threatened the homeowners. This lawlessness not only tarnishes the image of Lin-gang but also damages the reputation of China Railway as a state-owned enterprise.
